First thing to say is that the meet may only run on the Saturday, it depends on the number of swimmers, so both the one day and two day programmes are possible. JDM timetable JDM entry form
Open to all swimmers from aged 8 to age 11(girls) or age 12 (boys) who have not achieved a Welsh Age Group Qualifying Time in the current year
Swimmers who have no time are encouraged to apply as well as there are no cut-off times.
Entry fee is £10 per swimmer regardless of how many events you swim (up to a maximum of 5). Awards are based on the 5 events combined times. Cheques payable to City of Newport Swimming and Water Polo Club.
The club may also enter some of the relay events if there are enough swimmers within an individual age group – please note your availability for the relays on your entry form.
Entries via the club close at 6pm on Thursday 11th April 2013 to allow time for processing and arranging payment by the meet closing date – no exceptions. Please hand entry forms to your coach in advance of this deadline.
Age is at 19th May 2013 and the events you will enter depend upon the age.
Girls 8 and Boys 8/9 25m Fly, Breast and Back, 50m Free, 100m IM
Girls 9 and Boys 10 50m Fly, Breast and Back, 100m Free, 100m IM
Girls 10/11 and Boys 11/12 100m Fly, Breast and Back, 200m Free and 200m IM
Relays Girls 8/9 and Boys 9/10 – 4 x 25m Free and 4 x 25m Medley
Girls 10/11 and Boys 11/12 – 4 x 50m Free and 4 x 50m Medley
