The club trains and meets at the South East Wales Regional Pool / Active Living Centre, Bettws Lane (times as detailed below)  and take part in regular matches as part of an exciting new league, specifically designed for Junior Water Polo for teams throughout South Wales.

Children learn new aquatic skills within the sport of Water Polo, whilst at the same time improving their stroke technique and swimming stamina.  It is also a great way of making new friends and participating in the fun sport of Water Polo.

All children 8 years of age and older are welcome to attend (both boys and girls), but must be able to swim a minimum of 100 metres and be confident in deep water.  Within South Wales the Junior squads are competing in age group competitions and matches in the Welsh Junior League against the teams of Welsh Wanderers, Cwm Draig and Carmarthen.

There is also a senior team (16 years+) who train on a weekly basis, and compete in the Bristol & West Water Polo League and friendly matches against other senior teams and universities.
