Money providing for a $180,000 money re payment by online payday lender Arrowhead Investments, Inc., for restitution to customers, forfeitures, solicitors charges and expenses, had been authorized preliminarily in Dane County Circuit Court on July 29, 2009, due to a course action lawsuit brought against Arrowhead by the University of Wisconsin Law class customer Law Litigation Clinic, joined by the Wisconsin Department of Justice with respect to the Wisconsin Department of banking institutions.
