29/03/2013 to 01/04/2013 Welsh Age Group & Youth Championships – Downloads
This meet is aimed at Regional and Newport Performance squads.
All entries must be completed and returned to your coach by: Wednesday 20th February 2013 at 6pm in order to be processed and sent to Swim Wales in time.
{Any entry after 20th Feb will need to be made directly with Swim Wales by the individual swimmer}.
Age is at 1st April 2013 – girls must be at least 10 and boys must be at least 11 on this date to swim.
Age groupings for competition are: Girls 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16 & Over Boys 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17 & over
Entry fees have been held an inflation limiting £8 per race.
All entries must include a WASA number.
All entries must include a time in every event. In order to swim in this event you must have met the qualifying time for your age. These qualifying times are based on the age groups above and not individual ages, so many swimmers currently do not meet the times.
If you have Short Course times then please provide these on your entry so that the software can convert your times. This meet is usually over-subscribed and the organisers do perform random checks on times so you may be asked to provide proof of any time submitted.
50 metre Freestyle events are restricted to girls of 14 and over, and boys of 15 and over only.
Those of you who enter the multi classification events will need to do so directly on-line with Swim Wales.
All cheques must be made payable to City of Newport Swimming and Water Polo Club.
