This meet is now closed to entries.  There are no scratches and confirmed entries will be sent out to clubs on 2nd April.

There is a change to the meet pack with the warm-up now starting at 8.00 am on both days and the first race at 9.00am.

There is also a withdrawal form should you need it.

The Meet Pack is now available for our Spring Open meet on 4th and 5th May 2013.

This is the Hy-tek entry file for all entries from visiting clubs please – closing date 28th March at Midnight, or 6pm for City of Newport Swimmers to enter via their coach.

Level 2

Ages are:         Boys 9/10, 11/12. 13/14, 15/16, 17 & over

                        Girls 9/11, 12/13, 14/15, 16 & over

There are qualifying times and consideration times in the Level 2 meet. If you have swum a time faster than the qualifying time then you are guaranteed entry.  If your time is between the qualifying time and the consideration time then you are likely to be accepted as long as the meet is not oversubscribed.  If you have not achieved the consideration time then you can not swim that event in the Level 2 meet.

 Level 4

The ages are 9 – 11 for both boys and girls. For the Level 4 meet there are Upper Cut-off times (on reverse of entry form).  If you have swum faster than the Upper cut-off time then you are not eligible to swim in this development meet and should instead be looking to swim in the Level 2 meet. You can enter the Level 4 meet with “no times”. Again, medals for the top 3 in each age group. 

Ages are at 5^th May 2013.

Entry is £4 per race in both levels, with cheques payable to “City ofNewport Swimmingand Water Polo Club”.

All times must be from a licensed meet, and times will be checked against the rankings database.
