02/02/13 to 03/02/13 East Wales Regional Championships – Entry Forms
Thursday 3rd January 2013 in order to be processed and sent to Swim Wales in time.
{Any entry after 3rd January will need to be made directly with Swim Wales by the individual swimmer}.
Age is at 1st April 2013 – girls and boys must be 9 to swim on this date.
Age groupings for competition are:
Girls 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, 15 & Over
Boys 9/11, 12/13, 14/15, 16 & over
Entry is £4 per race.
Please also specify on the entry form which days you are available to swim in the relay teams. Relays are in the first session on each day.
All entries must include a WASA number.
All entries must include a time in every event. Any entry with no time given will not be considered by Swim Wales. Times slower than the Consideration Time (CT) will be rejected, and times which are between the Consideration Time and Qualifying Time (QT) will be considered. Only those swimmers with times which meet the Qualifying Time will be guaranteed entry. There is no upper cut-off time.
50 metre Freestyle events are restricted to girls of 14 and over, and boys of 15 and over only.
All cheques must be made payable to City of Newport Swimming and Water Polo Club.
