Congratulations to National Performance squad member Cerys Coley on breaking the Welsh Junior Record in the 200m Breaststroke. Cerys’ time of 2.33.01 broke the record which has stood for 19 years by over 2 seconds! An amazing acheivement. Well done Cerys!
